Hank and Louise Rudow saw my father-in-law, MD Willy Holsters back in 1992, nearly 50 years after the crash of the B17. Dr Holsters was near the site and helped some of the crew out of the burning wreck and gave them first aid. He could then hand them over to the British army who had one side of the village occupied while the Germans where still nearby at +- 3 miles to the direction of Antwerp.
We have great memory to the days they spend with us.

Hank was the best friend anybody could ask for and he will remain in my memories as long as I live. My tribute will be to the Telephone Museum of NM at PO Box 1892, Albuquerque, NM. for Hank. He worked alongside many of us as a greeter and was always so cheerful and positive! We'll be laughing when we think of him always. My donation will be to the Endowment Fund for the Museum so his memory will be preserved there as his legacy working for the Bell System. Love to all the family.
Sincerely, Susie Turner
