Tom, Beth, Hope and family,

I was so saddened to hear of Ruth's passing. Although we had not had much contact since Beth and Andrea were in grade school I always enjoyed catching up on our chance encounters at JoAnn's every so often.

Ruth was such a kind person I know she will be sorely missed.

My sincerest sympathies to all of you.

Mrs. May was an amazing woman... When I was in her troop all those years ago, I learned a tremendous amount about friendship, unconditional love, the power of togetherness and how to come together as a team! I remember one particular time when we had a barbecue at her home in the NE Heights... we received the badges we had earned through hard work... She was always encouraging us and when she would give us our awards, she always gave

Ruth's Family,
Seeing Ruth's name in the paper jogged a pleasant memory of our trips to Girl Scout meetings. We often rode together and she shared stories about her family, sewing, etc. It's been many years but I never drive down Morris without thinking of her and how kind she was to me. My prayers go out to all who loved her and may she rest in peace.

What sad news to hear. Ruth was such a wonderfully strong person and so faithful at St. Tim's. It was always so much fun to talk with her when I would come by church, or run into her at JoAnn fabrics. Love to all of you, and may your memories stay bright and alive. Blessings!

The list of memories I have are long and treasured. Girl Scouts, zoo, library trips, sleep overs, walks, sock dolls, quilts, birthday parties for dolls, wear your seat belt, cooking/baking, love, friendship and my second mom. A great person. She will be missed. My love and prays go to Mr. May, Paul, Beth, and Hope.
