Jack was born on October 16, 1939 and passed away on Thursday, June 7, 2018.

Jack was a resident of Clovis, New Mexico at the time of passing.

Jack graduated from Florence High School in Arizona and attended the University of Arizona where in addition to gaining a bachelor's in Science he participated in various school activities including; the stock judging team, rodeo team, and the schools Block and Bridal organization.

Services will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, June 18, 2018 at First United Methodist Church with Jeb Archey and Darrin Murphy officiating. A Private burial will be held at Lawn Haven Memorial Gardens in Clovis.
